At Caddyshack, one of our core values is transparency - so we publish our prices.
That's less common in this industry than it should be. Plenty of lawn and pest companies treat pricing as something you have to earn through a phone call and a sales pitch. We'd rather you have a good idea what things cost before you ever talk to us.
You can use our Instant Pricing tool at any time for current, up-to-date pricing on several services. This post adds the context that a pricing tool can't: what each program actually includes, what moves the number up or down, and when a price online is genuinely all you need.
Subscription services
Our two most popular services are subscription-style programs billed monthly, with no long-term contract.
Platinum Program - starts at $51.80/month
Our Platinum Program is 12 months of fertilization coverage for your turf, trees, and shrubs, plus weed and pest control across all of it. It's built around Florida's growing season rather than a generic national schedule, which matters in a climate where turf never really goes dormant and pest pressure never fully stops.
What's covered:
- Year-round fertilization for turf, trees, and shrubs
- Weed control on treated turf
- Pest control for turf, trees, and shrubs
- Applications timed to Florida's seasons, not a national calendar
In 2026, the Platinum Program starts at $51.80 per month and increases with the size of your lawn.
Mosquito Shield - starts at $69/month
Mosquito Shield is a client favorite, and it runs year-round at once per month. Each treatment produces a significant reduction in the mosquito population within 24 hours, and it helps control ticks and other pests at the same time.
In 2026, Mosquito Shield starts at $69 per month and increases with the size of your yard.
Add-on services
Beyond the subscription programs, we offer a range of services including lawn aeration, fire ant control, specialty lawn applications, soil testing, and soil amendment services, among others.
As much as we'd like to publish a flat number for each of these, they genuinely depend on the size and scope of what you're dealing with. Aerating a small St. Pete lot and aerating a half-acre in Lakewood Ranch are different jobs. A fire ant problem confined to one corner of the yard and one spread across the whole property are different jobs. Quoting either one sight-unseen would mean padding the price to cover the worst case - which is the opposite of what we're going for.
What actually determines your price
Three things, mostly:
Size. This is the big one. Turf programs are priced on square footage of lawn; Mosquito Shield is priced on the size of the yard being treated. It's why every number above is a starting point rather than a flat rate.
Scope and condition. For add-on work, the extent of the issue drives the cost. An established fire ant population across an entire property takes more product and more visits than a couple of fresh mounds.
What you actually need. Sometimes less than you think. This is the part a pricing tool can't evaluate, and it's the reason we keep recommending a set of eyes on the property first.
Why we recommend a consultation first
We'll always recommend having one of our professionals come look at your property before you buy anything - including when our own tool has already given you a price.
The reason is straightforward: sometimes what you think you need isn't what you need. A homeowner convinced they have a fungus problem may have an irrigation problem. Someone ready to rip their sod out may need one corrective application and nothing more. Occasionally the honest answer is that you don't need a service at all right now.
Our pricing tool is good, but it can't see your yard. Our technicians can, and what they find in person fairly often ends up saving you money. Consultations are free, and there's no obligation attached.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a price online? Yes. Our Instant Pricing tool gives you a price for several services right away. We still recommend a consultation before you commit, because our professionals can sometimes spot things the tool can't - including cases where you need a different service than you expected, or none at all.
Can I purchase online? Yes. You can select your services and check out through the Instant Pricing tool whenever you're ready. That said, we recommend a consultation first. Seeing a property in person sometimes reveals something the pricing tool can't account for, and it often ends up saving you money.
Do you require a contract? No. Our subscription programs are month-to-month with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.
Why does my price differ from the starting price? Both subscription programs are priced by size - square footage of turf for the Platinum Program, yard size for Mosquito Shield. The published figures are starting prices for smaller properties.
Is the consultation free? Yes, and there's no obligation. If our recommendation is that you don't need a service right now, that's what we'll tell you.
How often will these prices change? We review pricing annually. This post reflects 2026 pricing and is updated when it changes - the Instant Pricing tool is always the live, current source.
Do you serve my area? We serve four counties - Pinellas, Hillsborough, Sarasota, and Manatee - covering St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Tampa, Riverview, Brandon, Valrico, Sarasota, Venice, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Parrish, and the surrounding communities. Pricing is the same across the service area; it's based on property size, not location.
