The phone number that message will come from is our help desk, which is where you will receive service reminders and service follow-ups from, so go ahead and save that number into your phone.
2. That initial message will prompt you to visit our customer portal and enter a reliable payment method for us to autocharge you at the beginning of each month. Please be sure to do so ASAP so that your service does not get interrupted.
3. Once you're setup in our system, you may visit our website at any time and choose "My Account" to login, view your previous payments, and change or update your payment information.
4. If you ever have any questions about your current services or additional services, you should feel free to text the help desk, or shoot me a call or text at any time.
